the first 24 hours for the blood clot is the most important- to not dislodge it. I will say your okay. The tissue is probably still sensitive and maybe irritated a little from the removal of the stitch. Maybe it pulled the tissue a little. Just keep to a very soft diet and take ibuprofen. Salt water rinses verrrrry gently 4-5 times daily==1/2 t. salt to 1/2 c. warm water. If it isn't better monday by all means see your dentist. Good luck.
