Name of teen romance book based on hatfield-mccoy fued, title starts with an E?????

Ok. so like 3 years ago i was at somebody's house, upstairs in their older daughters' room. i was randomly reading the humongous books on her bookshelf, even though they were YA and i was 10. this one book's title started with an E, was only one word, and the cover was simple- dark blue, maybe? I read the first chapter. in it; this girl who was just dumped or something just randomly meets the guy from the enemy family. they walk together. the guy, i think, was also just dumped. then the next morning the guy's ex is dead. the girl doesnt tell anyone, but she thinks the guy mightve killed her. the two families were based on the hatfield-mccoy's, and i think there was something about a dead aunt, a restaurant type building, and divided ownership? i dont know, im not sure about the last part. anyways, this has sort of been bothering me for 3 years, so id REALLY appreciate it if you could help.
