Lost cast made Dharma interference themselves ? huh?

The first episode of the season had Faraday in a Dharma uniform at the Orchid construction site. Now Jin, also in uniform, is driving a brand new VW bus. I think the Island stopped in the time (1960's) when Dharma is building the Orchid Station. The survivors have probably infiltrated Dharma in the 1960's. Remember that Faraday was told by Charlotte that as a child she was warned by him not to return to the island. Faraday looked surprised by this so it probably hasn't happened yet. I think in an upcoming episode, we're going to see Faraday in the 1960's, along with the rest of the survivors, warning a young Charlotte.
