Can animals become cops?

i dont see why not chimps have mental age of a 12 year old kid. i have a pet chimp we got from zoo. his name is Freddie and he loves cops. he gets happy go lucky whenever a colored person is killed. i dont know where he learnt his racism from my family is quiet about N word. freddie wants to join kkk too.
