Black People in Escondido, Ca? Where??? Serious Only?

I am originally fron New Orleans; Afrikan and Latin culture is EVERYWHERE. I noticed that Black people in Escondido are a bit snoddy. They don't even acknowledge each others presence. I find this a bit disturbing. Before Escondido, all we had was each other. I miss seeing other people that look like me; a Sistuh with Dreds is a rare sight in these parts. There is NO indications that Blacks are even here. Any comments?
