How likely is it that your Rep. in the House or either of your 2 Senators will read an entire 1,990 page bill?

You cant possibly expect them to read it, don't you know we are in a crisis that requires action. There is no time to read or think or to let anyone else to read it. Unless of course its an issue of a general requesting troops to win a war that you said was the correct war, in that case you have to slow down take your time and think while soldiers are dying.
