Please help....Neopet problems!!!!!!!!?

Umm I'm trying to make me a neopet but my computer says that i need to enable cookies....once I do enable the cookies it still says i cant make one so would someone please make me a account with the email.....toni.howell@yahoo.com and the username tigergurl1st16...just do what ever pword....the first to do this will get ten points...please help thanxN
