Molested? What to do?

One of my best friends was molested by her cousin. She went along with it because she didn't know it was bad, she was only 7. Her cousin is 2yrs older than her. When she was like 10 she knew it was bad but just let it go. Then he hinted at her about doing it agin when she was 12. She is now 14, and she dosnt know what to do, she blames herself, she was young but so was he. I'm the only person she ever told, its eating at her. Another thing I was thinking, is it likely her cousin was molested? I know its possible.
