If Conservatives hate Carter so much because of the recession during his term, how can they possibly believe Bush's policies are good. The economy is tanking, the dollar has lost about 25% to some currencies, and costs are skyrocketing (fuel mainly). I mean, If you bash Carter you have to bash Bush
