What is the deal with Britney Spear's little sister?

Why is it the Spear family thinks it is okay to announce lil Jamie is pregnant amid her big sis' nationally televised, self-destructive behavior? I mean does it look good for a lil girl,(And Jamie is still a girl) to be pregnant? Was it intentional? She can afford it but doesn't it send a bad message for her young viewers? I mean I want to be positive about it but I don't even have kids yet. And a celebrity kid is having a baby and thinks it is okay. Sure she is rich but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. What do you think?
