and then called back hours later and said we could get an FHA FOR 6.75% OUR PAYMENTS WOULD BE $1663 w/out taxes and insurance. so is this considered a preapproval? he told us to come on in and sign something and bring in the proof of income? if it is how long does that last for? 30 days?
