l dryness during pregnancy?

I have been having issues on and off with this since I was about 4 months pregnant and I am now 7. I thought at first it was my toilet paper drying me out because it would leave tp residue down there and dry me out. But it seems that maybe its because Im not lubricated enough down there is the reason the residue is there. I have no problems during its just the outside that is really dry. Its so dry that it is getting to a point that its itchy. Any ideas.
