Desperately need help! My Garter Snake just gave birth!?

I just came home from work to be informed by my little brother that my snake gave birth. I was skeptical but, what do you know, there was a tiny baby Garter in the cage. I am not sure what to do and as of now I have the snakes separated, but can you guys help me out and give me tips, facts, and links to web pages so I can learn how to raise this little guy? Thanks!
