Cp and being social?

im a 4th yr college student, 21 kinda low-self esteem. i feel like guys make fun of me because of my cerebral palsy. i just walk with a limp. i eat alone. i dont like to be alone but people still make fun of me so much that it just drives me away. i dont understand people said college was better, i wouldnt get bullied but i still do. ive always been socially awkward. i have been on a date though with a girl(im open to dating anyone), but she said that she couldnt be with someone like me. i cant go to parties because dancing is difficult, but i like lounges/bars. so i dont know what to do? how do i make friends/dating/ and not feel so awkward?
