Coastal Scents for Palettes O_O?

So the price looks amazing I mean 88 mini eye shadows for only 20 dollars plus shipping. However I did hear...something abotu hwo they are made in China or Hong Kong and how they might contain lead which could be hazardous or fatal. I don't wanna die from something cheap lol. So any reviews on it? or should I just play it safe and get a Blockbuster palette from Sephora for 40 bucks? Is that one pigmented because the one from coastal scents is lol.
